Clean the condenser first, because a coil clogged with dust prevents the unit from cooling no matter how sophisticated the electronics are.
Check the door gaskets too, since a seal that no longer closes fully lets warm air in and makes the unit run and frost.
Fans, Defrost, and Connected Controls
If the coil is clean and the gaskets seal, the next suspects are the condenser and evaporator fans, the defrost heater and thermostat, and the thermistors.
