Home / FAQ
How Much Does a Service Call Cost?
Diagnostic and travel fees, if applicable, are confirmed before the appointment and before repair approval. Any diagnostic or travel fee is confirmed before booking.
How Are Diagnostic and Travel Fees Handled?
Appointment windows and current route availability are confirmed when booking.
What Warranty Do You Offer?
Every completed repair is covered by a 180-day repair warranty. If a part we installed or the labor behind it fails within those terms, we make it right.
Do You Use Genuine OEM Parts?
Yes. We install genuine OEM parts matched to your specific model rather than universal substitutes, which protects both the repair and the appliance.
Which Brands Do You Service?
Sixteen premium brands led by Sub-Zero and Wolf, plus Cove, Thermador, Viking, Miele, Gaggenau, Bosch, Dacor, Jenn-Air, KitchenAid, Scotsman, True Residential, Monogram, La Cornue, and Liebherr.
What Areas Do You Serve?
Philadelphia (19103) and nearby neighborhoods across Philadelphia metro, Philadelphia and the Main Line in Pennsylvania, and the Main Line, Bucks County, and South Jersey.
What Are Your Hours?
Appointment windows and current route availability are confirmed when booking.
How Soon Can You Come Out?
Appointment windows and current route availability are confirmed when booking.
How Is Parts Availability Confirmed?
Parts needs and availability are confirmed after model-specific diagnosis. Less common parts are ordered and scheduled promptly.
Can You Provide Insurance Documentation?
Appointment requirements are confirmed before scheduling.
Do You Repair Very Old Sub-Zero Units?
Often, yes. Many older 500 and 600 series Sub-Zero units are still serviceable. We will tell you honestly if parts availability or condition makes a repair impractical.
Is a Repair Worth It, or Should I Replace?
We give you a straight answer during the diagnosis. If the cost of a repair approaches the value of the unit, we say so rather than steer you toward the largest ticket.
Is Completed Repair Work Covered?

Yes. Qualifying completed repairs include written warranty terms for eligible work; the written estimate explains the coverage that applies to the approved work.
